Lights-Out Manufacturing

Our Toyoda Rail Guided Vehicle (RGV) system features 36 pallets and dual loading stations, enabling continuous unmanned machining. This drastically reduces lead times and allows us to run your parts overnight and through weekends.

Complex Geometry Support

With a combined capacity of over 440 tools—including a 323-tool matrix magazine on our FA450III—we can machine the most intricate multi-feature components in a single setup, eliminating secondary operations and ensuring superior accuracy.
