Featuring the Hurco VMX42SRTi, our 5-axis capabilities allow us to machine complex geometries and compound angles in a single setup. This reduces handling errors, improves positional accuracy, and significantly shortens lead times for intricate aerospace parts.

Hard Metal Ready (CAT 50)

Unlike standard job shops, we utilize CAT 50 taper machines (Awea & Takasawa) designed for high-torque, heavy material removal. This rigidity is essential for maintaining precision when machining tough alloys like Titanium, Stainless Steel, and Inconel.

Extended Envelope

We handle more than just small brackets. With X-axis travels up to 47 inches (1200mm) on our Awea BM-1200, we can accommodate large structural components, base plates, and fixtures without multiple setups or repositions.
