7-Axis Multi-Tasking

High-Volume Bar Feeding

Efficiency at scale. Our turning centers are paired with 12-foot magazine bar feeders, enabling continuous, lights-out production for high-quantity orders. This automation allows us to run thousands of precise turned parts with minimal operator intervention.

Backside Machining

Secondary operations kill efficiency. Our machines feature sub-spindles that automatically grab the part from the main chuck to machine the backside. This ensures that the part is fully finished before it ever leaves the machine, guaranteeing perfect alignment between features.

Large Capacity Turning
