Our lab features the Brown & Sharpe Global Image 575 CMM, running industry-standard PC-DMIS software. This fully programmable system allows us to verify complex 3D geometries and tight tolerances with micron-level accuracy and repeatability.
Complete Traceability
We provide comprehensive data packages tailored to your needs, including AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR), material certifications (Mill Certs), heat treat data, and Certificate of Conformance (C of C) for full cradle-to-grave traceability.
Profile Analysis
For non-contact inspection and complex profiles, we utilize Gauge Master Optical Comparators and high-precision digital height gauges. This ensures that delicate features, threads, and external contours match your drawing requirements perfectly.
Calibration & Standards
Accuracy requires maintenance. All inspection tools—from our granite surface plates to handheld micrometers—are calibrated at regular intervals and are traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
